AMD to Present at Credit Suisse First Boston Annual Conference 2002



SUNNYVALE, CA -- December 4, 2002 --AMD (NYSE:AMD) today announced that Robert Rivet, AMD Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be presenting at the Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) Annual Technology Conference at 9:00 AM Mountain time (11:00 AM Eastern time) on Thursday, December 5, 2002 at The Phoenician in Scottsdale, Arizona. Forward-looking and other material information may be discussed during the presentation.
