About this report
AMD reports annually on our environmental, social, and economic performance at wholly-owned facilities and subsidiaries under our operational control. Operational data contained in the report is for AMD wholly-owned and operated manufacturing facilities for the period January 1, 2003 through December 31, 2003. Additionally, the report includes information for FASL LLC, a company formed June 30, 2003 by the integration of AMDIt's and FujitsuIt's Flash memory operations in which AMD owns a 60 percent share. FASL LLC was formally renamed Spansion LLC on June 28, 2004.
