Compuware has entered into a technology agreement with AMD to add x86-64 support
to its SoftICE64. Compuware will provide AMD with SoftICE64 to debug 64-bit
device drivers. This agreement enables developers to more rapidly build software
targeted for upcoming AMD OpteronTM and AMD AthlonTM 64 processors.

to accelerate the development and debugging of Windows device drivers. As part
of this collaboration, Compuware will accelerate the development of its SoftICE64
