Instructions on reporting fraudulent activities
If you have unknowingly acquired remarked or non-authentic AMD products, and the vendor refuses to provide you with a legitimate replacement product or a refund, you may report the matter to AMD's Investigations Department at antifraud@amd.com.
Please provide the following information when reporting fraud:
- Vendor’s company name, address and phone number
- Vendor’s contact name (if available)
- Why you suspect fraud
- Suspected remarked or repackaged product type (e.g. brand name and model number)
- Scanned copy of invoice (if available)
- Digital photograph of remarked part (if available)
- Your name (optional)
- Your phone number (optional)
