ACML - AMD Core Math Library
The ACML is a tuned math library designed for high performance on AMD64 processors including: AMD Opteron™ and AMD Athlon™ 64 available for Linux and Windows. ACML offers a full suite of Basic Linear Algebra (BLAS) routines and Linear Algebra (LAPACK) routines, plus a comprehensive suite of Fast Fourier Transforms (FFTs) in both single-, double-, single-complex and double-complex data types.
Atlas - Automatically Tuned Linear Algebra Subroutines
ATLAS supports C and Fortran77 bindings for the Basic Linear Algebra Subprograms (BLAS), a widely used, performance-critical, linear algebra kernel library. It also provides some optimized versions of the higher level LAPACK (Linear Algebra PACKage) API.
GNU glibc (Open Source)
The GNU C library is used as the C library in the GNU system and most systems with the Linux kernel. The GNU C library is primarily designed to be a portable and high performance C library. GNU glibc 2.3.2 is AMD64 optimized.
GOTO Library - Optimized BLAS for the AMD Opteron Processor
High-performance BLAS by Kazushige Goto (sgemm, dgemm, cgemm, zgemm)
MSTI MPI/Pro庐
MPI/Pro provides professional message passing for high-performance, parallel computing. It improves the performance of clusters running applications such as CFD simulation, weather modeling, financial modeling, seismic exploration, and protein folding. MPI/Pro is currently available for Windows® and Linux.
MSTI ChaMPion Pro™
ChaMPIon/Pro. is the first commercial MPI-2.1 version available for Linux. ChaMPIon/Pro is a robust, scalable, high-performance MPI-2.1 Implementation from MPI Software Technology, Inc.
